We sold our house almost exactly 10 years after we moved in - September of 2023, and closed a few weeks later. We were thankful for the quick close and non contingent offer but got less than we wanted to. We brought all our babies home there. It was a great house and we'll miss the memories we made there! Goodbye Gleason!
